In short…

I grew up in the theater, enchanted by the magic of collaboration and storytelling. At 18, I moved to Los Angeles, where I trained in the Meisner technique with Joanne Baron & D.W. Brown. I worked as an independent model and actor while continuing to study on and off set building an eclectic and versatile perspective and repertoire. After moving to the Pacific Northwest to raise my daughter, I shifted my focus to writing, teaching and directing.

Building Community

In addition to my creative work, I’m deeply passionate about fostering supportive environments for women and children. As the founder of Mommune®, I’m building communities where mothers can connect, collaborate, and thrive together. Mommune® is dedicated to redefining modern motherhood through shared resources and mutual support.

Why I do what I do?

Creativity exists in each of us and has the power to transform and heal our lives. Whether you’re stepping into a role, writing a script, or simply trying to connect with your audience, the key is authenticity. My approach is rooted in observation, imagination, and treating yourself as your instrument with daily devotion. I’m here to help you not just do the work, but make the work an enjoyable, and sustainable practice that helps you shine.
